Leadership

Daniel was born in Camaguey, Cuba and has been the Senior Pastor of Iglesia Palabra de Fe since 2004.  He is deeply committed to the Word of God and spends countless hours in prayer and study as he prepares each message.  Pastor Daniel is a man faith who has a heart for people and a passion for praying for the sick, believing in God's power to heal, restore and transforms lives.

German is from El Salvador and has faithfully served as Associate Pastor of Iglesia Palabra de Fe since 2007.  German is married to Yolanda and together they have four children - Deysi, David, Josue and Adriana and four grandchildren.  German leads the Ministry of Helps and the  Prayer Ministry, and also oversees the care of the church buildings and grounds.  He has a true servant's heart and is a tremendous blessing to our church famiy.

Ulises is from El Salvador and joined the Praise and Worship team in 2009. Ulises is married to Ericelda and they have two sons, Jonathan and Liam.  In 2016, Ulises became the leader of the music ministry.  He is an annointed musician with a sincere heart for worship and a deep desire to lead God's people into His presence.

Lori has served as the Childrens Pastor at Iglesia Palabra de Fe since 2004,  where she has poured her heart into loving and teaching children to become "SuperKids" for Jesus.  In 2025, she also became the Youth Pastor - a natural transitions as many of these young people have grown up under her care and leadership.  Lori has a passion for helping children and youth discover that they are created by God with purpose, value and a God-given future filled with hope.
